Here are some of your responsibilities as an ECC Therapist:
- Ability to hold a caseload of 25+ clients per week
- Ability to create detailed client-related documentation
- Experience with using the DSM-V or ICD-11 to formulate diagnosis
- Comfortable with both giving and receiving respectful, honest, and constructive feedback
- Non-discriminatory approach to patient, caring for all clients regardless of gender identify, age, ethnicity or other demographic factors
Therapist skills we look for:
- Conducting strength-based assessment for new clients and families
- Provide culturally sensitive, evidenced based interventions for clients and families
- Provide ethical and confidential telehealth therapy through HIPAA Compliant SimplePractice platform
- Maintain professional competence through continuing education
- Attend weekly consultation with ECC clinical supervisor
- Attend monthly administrative staff meeting
- EMDR preferred but not required
