We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Spa Manager with med spa experience to join our growing team in Austin, Texas.

About the Job
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, and candidates must be willing to be contactable outside of working hours. This role is a mix of management and administrative duties, as indicated below.
Management Duties:
· Building the company’s membership base
· Recruiting and training current and future staff
· Improving daily sales over time
· Consistently exceeding sales goals
· Motivating the team
· Implementing marketing tactics as needed
· Innovating company’s strategies
· Email marketing
· Delegating duties to team members
Administrative Duties:
· Communicate with clients via email
· Client account maintenance
· Daily POS schedule maintenance
· Ongoing audits regarding front desk coordinator performance
· Opening and closing the spa
· Selling and educating our clients about products, services, pricing, and memberships
Salary is $58,000 annually
