The Inside Sales Representative is designed to drive in profitable revenue via compounded prescriptions. Building strong and meaningful relationships is the core focus of this role. A successful rep is one that is consistently prospecting, while maintaining a full pipeline of potential new clients. A willingness to self-report and to learn are functions of this role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. In addition to seeking new clients, the inside sales representative will maintain existing clients. This person should communicate effectively with prescribers and the pharmacy staff.

- Build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications
- Located in the South Texas-West Louisiana Area
- Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of business experience
- CRM skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
