The Director of RGM Data & Process Development is responsible for the definition of data and process requirements leading to the development, improvement, and governance of the Revenue Growth Management system in Red Bull North America. As a member of the Global Data & Process Development Department you create value by managing data and processes holistically as corporate assets, supporting with an end-2-end mindset the digital transformation across the organization. In addition to working cross-functionally with departments across North America, you will ensure alignment with our Headquarters in Austria for the definition of a long-term strategy to improve the usability of our systems and efficiency of processes while supporting data driven decision making.
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT REVENUE GROWTH SYSTEMS
Based on a solid understanding of the business context and user needs, define data & process requirements for the development and/or improvement of the Revenue Growth Management System, named Customer Profitability Management (CPM) in Red Bull North America.
As part of our integrated demand and supply planning initiative, lead the necessary system changes and change management activities to support the establishment of a bottom-up sales planning process.
Work closely together with the IT team on requirements engineering and ensure a proper translation of business needs into technical solutions that align with business objectives and meet the identified data needs.
Drive the definition of data sourcing, integration, and modeling of solutions according to global guidelines and principles.
Lead the test planning and testing execution of the new systems and carry on the relevant cut-over activities and detailed support during and after go-live.
Develop and lead reporting initiatives in line with business needs, that support better usage of Customer Profitability Management data, moving into a cross functional direction.
Act as Business Project Manager, driving alignment and deliverables across the entire project lifecycle.
Work on the definition of communication plans, training and support to all user groups (sales, finance and operations), to create awareness and foster timely adoption of the new tools and processes.
DEFINE STRATEGIC DIRECTION
Develop and drive a holistic system supported revenue growth management strategy across Red Bull North America, in line with Red Bull Headquarters’ global standards and direction.
Ensure CPM is in line with global concepts from International Sales and Finance, as well as properly supports other involved areas (i.e., Operations, Trade Marketing, etc.).
Support the integration of CPM data into other tools, processes and reporting streams to secure data consistency and increase efficiency.
Ensure alignment between systems, processes and other local and global business requirements (i.e. financial reporting, sales strategy, pricing guidelines, etc.).
Identify opportunities from other technological fields to further increase value and efficiencies within CPM (i.e., data & analytics asset deployment and integration into the relevant standard processes & systems).
Represent and communicate content and progress of programs and initiatives to leadership teams in the Austrian Headquarters and Red Bull North America.
SYSTEM OWNER AND BUSINESS PARTNER
Partner and build strong relationships with Global and Local stakeholders in Finance, Sales, Operations and IT, fostering effective communication and collaboration to propose, develop and implement revenue growth management and demand planning programs and procedures.
Act as a liaison between Red Bull North America and the Headquarters by identifying and working towards aligned goals for the improvement of the CPM systems, data and processes.
Define short- and long-term tactics and set targets to improve usability and efficiency of the system and address gaps in current procedures while continuously tracking, measuring, and adjusting these initiatives according to the evolving business needs.
Develop a support framework outlining collaboration between the Data & Process Governance office and business areas, that ensures high service standards and optimal issue resolution.
Identify knowledge gaps and training opportunities in user groups and partner with relevant stakeholders to define appropriate ways to tackle.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP
Establish a CPM office for Red Bull North America that acts as an extension of the Data and Process Development team from the Austrian Headquarters.
Build trust and a collaboration network within relevant local and global stakeholders.
Build, lead, and coach a team of direct reports and external consultants.
Design a development plan with and for direct reports that contributes to their development and engagement.
Master’s degree mandatory in the areas of Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science and/or Statistics.
10+ years of relevant business experience – ideally in consulting, finance, IT, and/or sales, as well as experience in direct leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Experience in the FMCG industry and/or with focus in revenue management or controlling a plus.
Experience with developing and implementing data, processes, and system improvements.
Experience in Project Management, dealing with cross-functional stakeholders, and conveying a message to different levels of the organization.
Planning and strategic thinking mindset with the ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and find solutions.
Results-oriented team player and team leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop people.
Experience in effective communication with Senior Leadership Team
IT literate, familiarity with any ERP system and any integrated business analysis tool is a strong plus (CRM – TPM, TPO /ERP - SD, FI, COPA / BI / Essbase/ Hyperion, etc.); as well as documentation, collaboration and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Workfront, Service Now, Enable Now).
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
The base salary range for this position is $133,00 to $147,000 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
