Summary:
This is a guest facing position, handling ticket issues at Main Entry in partnership with our Guest Services team. This position reports to the Assistant Manager, eCommerce Loss Prevention.
Responsibilities include:
· Handle ticket issues for arriving guests directly related to eCommerce, i.e. blocked tickets.
· Provide excellent customer service to our guests, and the best experience possible in every situation.
· Gather information from guest in an efficient manner and provide documentation when necessary for future law enforcement action.
· Access internal and external systems via computer to resolve ticket issues in a timely manner.
· Create records of all guest interactions along with the required documentation for data retention as directed by eCommerce Management.
· Handle other ticketing issues, i.e., altered and/or counterfeit tickets.
· Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 2+ years of customer service experience with an emphasis in resolving issues in a guest facing environment.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and typing proficiency.
· Flexible schedule to meet the needs of a 24/7, 365 day a year operation.
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
· Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day.
· Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA.
· Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
· Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
· Must be 18+ years or older.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
