Infosys is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Compensation Functional Consultant with Implementation and Application Support experience. The position primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders and responsible for successfully implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and compensation modules in Agile mode. This position will be responsible for leading the discussions for the design and development of all the associated components such as Data migration, integrations and reports for Time & Labor and Compensation areas.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Information Technology experience

Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- Candidate can be located Anywhere in the US. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.

4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud – Time & Labor and Compensation

2+ years of experience in working on at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Talent Management, Benefits, Recruiting and Learning Management
- Hands on experience in working on Oracle Time & Labor and Compensation for multiple countries
-
Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement the project in Agile mode
-
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
-
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules

Candidate should be proficient in all the Time & Labor and Compensation processes
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Time & Labor and Compensation

Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader.

Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

Experience managing team size of 5+ would be a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Estimated annual compensation range for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, CO are as indicated below:
$94,000 to $131,600
