Complete Aviation Maintenance is a small business in Boerne, TX. Complete Aviation Maintenance LLC is a growing General Aviation Maintenance provider on Boerne Stage Airfield. We are looking for enthusiastic maintenance professionals to join our team to provide a quality maintenance experience for our customers. If you have experience with piston powered and light turbine aircraft, we would like to offer you the opportunity to interview our team. .
You will work as a team member performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on piston and light turbine aircraft. You must possess the appropriate personality to work in a fast-paced aviation environment while maintaining a constant focus on safety and quality.
You must also possess the ability to adhere to the maintenance and manufacturer manuals, follow Airworthiness Directive instructions, and make safety-focused decisions on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose aircraft systems, components, and engines to determine necessary repairs and modifications
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various types of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer guidelines
- Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment
- Complete and maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Perform job duties in a safe manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications:
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- 2 or more years of piston-powered aircraft maintenance experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and engines
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possess adequate tools
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
