Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, negotiation, and market analysis. Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals

- Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales, technology sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals
- Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
