Position Summary:
This is a people position. You must enjoy both customer interaction, education and employee development,including coaching and holding them accountable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily Huddles
- End of day process
- Inventory
- Dashboard management.
- Manage and direct the technical department to meet and exceed customer service requirements for new and existing customers.
- Conduct lawn inspections to ensure proper application of product.
- Participate in the planning, development and execution of strategy for the future development of the department.
- Develop and implement programs and training necessary to ensure that all Technicians and SR Technicians are aligned with the goals of the department.
- Hire, supervise, schedule, assess performance, train and coach Technicians and SR Technicians.
- Manage and enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as Health and Safety policies
- Budgets
- Routing
- Manage small engine
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Calibration work estimates
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company
Qualifications:
- 8 years in a management position in a related industry
- University or college education
- Strong technical knowledge
- Customer service oriented
- Valid pesticide applicators license, or willing to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
