We are a fun group of hardworking people in need a team player who can clearly communicate and keep a positive attitude to join our fast-paced, busy veterinary practice. Candidate should have customer service experience and the ability to handle a busy phone system, be capable of clear, compassionate client communication, and preferably have veterinary or medical office experience. Some of the tasks required:
*Answering phones
*Charting in electronic medical record system
*Scheduling appointments
*Sending and receiving patient records
*Filling prescriptions
*Discussing preventive health care issues and products with clients
*Assisting DVM's and Technicians with various tasks
*Performing in-clinic laboratory diagnostic tests
*Patient restraint in exam rooms and treatment room
*Walking dogs
*Cleaning kennels
*Other tasks as needed
*Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely
*Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
