Full Job Description
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs and maintence of the property plus it's facilities.
Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
Repair Work: Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, furniture, and fixtures as needed.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency maintenance issues to minimize disruption and ensure guest comfort and safety.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and prolong the lifespan of assets.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
Collaboration: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or maintenance projects when necessary.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Communication: Communicate effectively with hotel management, staff, and external parties regarding maintenance issues, schedules, and repairs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
