Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably Spanish. Experience in a medical office environment and familiarity with medical terminology are advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Analyze and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Handle confidential information with integrity
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
