Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The main task of Spa Manager at Ultra Cryo & Recovery is simple, drive revenue and support branch. The majority of his or her time will be spent actively following up with leads and members and self-generating leads in the community.
Manage daily operation of the wellness center; to make sure it runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively; to train, coach and oversee the team in performing their tasks, observing the standards, and following the procedures, and guide the team towards achieving the client acquisition, sales and retention goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, promoting a positive work environment
- Conduct employee orientations and performance evaluations
- Oversee daily spa operations, including inventory management and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional campaigns and attract new clients
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Duties:
-Achieve monthly revenue targets to implementation of the Wellness designed to drive monthly membership and packages.
-reserve product mix and establish monthly rates to collect any outstanding dues.
- Implement member retention strategies to increase loyalty in drive member referrals.
-Self-generated leads via grassroot marketing, partnership, and member referrals.
-Schedule and participate in local networking and community events.
-Recruit train schedule and supervise sales staff.
- Recruit hire and manage all consultants.
- Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct methods of improvement.
-Enforce all policies and procedures.
-Maintain Wellness cleanliness and organization.
-Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms and any other duties assigned.
-Model and protect the culture of the company.
-Report daily opportunities to Operatioons Manager with plan to win the day.
-Drive client social media reviews per consultant.
-Drive client monthly referrals per consultant
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks
- Proficient in basic math calculations for financial management
- Experience in shift management to ensure smooth operations throughout the day
- Knowledge of employee orientation processes to onboard new hires effectively
- Experience in conducting interviews to select qualified candidates for open positions
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Sales experience to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, schedules, and client appointments
