Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing either the front of house or back of house staff during assigned shift. Ensures that the Companys standards of operational excellence for food, service, hospitality, cleanliness, health and safety are upheld. Creates a positive Razzoos 6-2-101 work environment.
Employees are identified for this position by the General Manager based on the employees overall performance in the current job(s). The employee may request the position, or the GM may approach the employee to inquire about his/her interest in the position. An employee may be interested in the position based on the following:

Generally, other manager(s) are accessible during the Keys shifts. The training for this position is On-the-Job training.
Licensing Requirements:

ABC Certification as required by state or local laws

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
During Assigned Key Shifts:

Actively supports and assists management:
-
Actively runs shifts by being active with guests and staff, being accessible at all times

Coaches employees to fulfill their responsibilities to Company standards
-
Makes table guest visits
-
Calls employee and guest issues to a Managers attention in a timely manner
-
Reports facility and equipment matters to a Manager in a timely manner
-
May conduct a store Closing, if appropriately trained at Razzoos and with management approval
-
Models and encourages the Razzoos 6-2-101 (Values and Philosophies) are maintained throughout the shift

Supports managers in implementing key organizational initiatives such as new menu roll outs, new training programs and promotional activities

Supports and models the Companys operational standards of excellence in the work environment

Ensures that Razzoos Policies and Procedures are consistently followed by all employees
-
Reviews exterior areas, i.e.,landscape, lighting and parking lot) and ensures maintained to Companys standards

Maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and employees, reporting any unsafe procedures or conditions that cannot be immediately rectified to anyone in management

Continually monitors the ambience (music/temp/lighting) to Company standards

Consistently meet s and exceeds all training, quality of operations and financial results for the restaurant for each shift

Ensures all financial reporting systems are followed exactly in every area of the restaurant

Ensures costs are controlled carefully and waste is minimal
-
Completes all required checklists and lineups according to Company standards
-
Complies with all applicable federal, state and local statutes as well as Razzoos policies and procedures

Performs additional responsibilities as requested by upper management from time to time.
Experience/Education/Knowledge:
-
1 year experience at Razzoos, or previous management experience
-
Computer literate, i.e., Microsoft Excel and Word; Micros POS
-
Successful completion of Razzoos training for this position is required
-
Must be of legal age to handle liquor
-
Completed satisfactory background check
-
Bilingual - Spanish/English
