Red Hots Spa is a luxury day spa located in the historic village of Roslyn. We are seeking a seasoned, professional team leader. Spa management experience is required for this position.
As a Spa Manager, the main responsibility is to provide outstanding leadership and exceptional customer interactions. You are the primary support for managing guest experiences. You will work in partnership, with the General Manager, to lead by example and manage our team in delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring all team members are delivering 5 star customer service
- overseeing all aspects of opening/ closing operations
- Set spa goals
- motivate/ train and leading the team to ensure package sales, rebooking and retail sales meet goals
- Scheduling of front desk associates/ staff and managing payroll
- Hire and train staff/therapists ensuring they are consistently delivering a superior guest experience
- Assist with Inventory counts, ordering and receiving of goods
- Setting and meeting spa and individual goal
- Build team morale and foster a positive team environment
- Creating/ executing promotion event calendar
