Warehouse Forklift Worker Positions!
Your title may be “Warehouse Worker,” but you’re really an MVP of our Menasha Distribution Center. If you’re new to operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, don’t worry, our training is extensive and comprehensive. Our paid 2-week training will give you all the tools necessary to successfully complete the task at hand, and coupled with our mentorship program you will continue to have dedicated people helping you apply the training to your day-to-day work!
Your work ethic and attitude are your most powerful tools!
The warehouse worker will receive, place into storage, ship, and maintain accurate inventories. You will also be responsible for picking orders, building pallets, and verifying order accuracy for shipment.
Job Requirements:

Must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Ability to work alone and with others under busy conditions
- Have good math, reading, and communication skills
- Must be dependable, reliable, and mature enough to handle equipment safely and sensibly
- Have the ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely
- Ability to operate a forklift
