Position Summary
HR Recovery Initiative (HRRI) is dedicated to providing outreach, case management, and therapeutic services to victims and survivors of human trafficking in a trauma-informed, victim-centered manner throughout New Jersey. All operations are conducted within the 3 HR Recovery facilities, within the communities, virtually, in person and virtual stakeholder settings, and during scheduled HR Recovery Community Outreaches. The team of dedicated volunteers and staff work together to ensure inclusiveness, cultural humility, and compassionate care. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and contribute to our communications efforts. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings,
- managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Providing supplementary TTA for partners and collaborators as needed by supervisor.
- Support in intern management and resource referrals and guided by supervisor.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing efforts, including newsletters and announcements.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience
- Valid Driver’s license
Travel:
Minimal travel to meetings may be required
Physical Demands:
This job can operate in an office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and file cabinets
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb steps, bend, and lift files
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to cold and/or humid conditions and community spaces.
