The Spark Center for Autism is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities through early, effective, collaborative intervention. We are seeking a qualified BCBA to join our team!
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- Licensed in Behavior Analysis valid in the State of Michigan
- Three years of experience in providing early intervention services for young children with autism
- Pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with other professionals e.g., Speech language pathologists, Occupational Therapists, etc.)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with VBMAPP, ABLLS, and Peak Assessments
- **Preferably be a currently or previously enrolled provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, including VBMAPP, ABLLS, and Functional Assessments and Analyses
- Develop treatment goals, protocols, and data collection procedures
- Summarize and analyze data
- Provide feedback and evaluations for staff
- Complete and develop treatment integrity checks for staff
- Provide supervision to graduate students and RBTs in accordance with Board guidelines and insurance requirements
- Meet productivity standard for billable time
- Complete intake, reassessment and quarterly reports
- Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals
- Evaluate risk management and crisis management
- Develop and oversee transition/discharge plans
