Deliver exceptional support to our national accounts and vendors while exemplifying CRI values. As a skilled multitasker, you will coordinate dispatch and communications with our customer, vendors and team members to ensure orders are processed and pickup/delivery orders completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Execute on CRI’s overall business objectives leading to ever improving business health for CRI and our customers. NOTE: this is a part-time work-from-home role working two to three 4-hour shifts per week.
Primary Responsibilities

- Receive, review, process dispatch orders (pickups & shipments) in CieTrade CRM
- Ensure all customer requests (email or Chime) are expeditiously processed (dispatched) via continually monitoring shared email boxes responding to customer inquiries, orders and pickup requests
- Strive to provide world-class service to all customers and vendors operating in your assigned territory
- Track and trace deliveries; communicate delivery status with internal and external customers
- Coordinate setup of new customer site locations; and new Vendors that manage pickup/delivery/labor
- Work with all assigned vendors to collect and process customer pickup details – escalate problems
- Help other team members as deadlines approach or based on customer demand
Prerequisites
- Live within 30 mile radius of Addison IL (for training purposes)
- Associates degree preferred
- Some Call Center Customer Service and/or Dispatch experience is required
