Essential Functions:
- Deliver unparalleled client service to our existing client base through professional and reliable service encounters and a “whatever it takes” attitude
- Travel to various customer locations
- Assist with deliveries, set-up and end-user training of copiers and printers
- Assist in the warehouse with inventory, deliveries, organizing, receiving and maintaining all parts in the warehouse
- Assist with toner and part deliveries
- Desk-side and Remote support - troubleshooting of IT related problems
- Operates, demonstrates and performs preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Provides technical support as directed
- Show competency in electrical and mechanical skills
- Cooperates in team and project work
- The candidate will be consistent with documentation, tracking, and monitoring issues, providing notes and feedback as well as making in-field decisions for a positive result
- Document efforts, issues, and resolutions, close cases/tickets daily
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management policies
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Able to work under deadline pressures
- Willingness to continuously update job knowledge by completing required training as directed
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Applicant Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Chauffeurs license (cost will be covered for testing by AOS)
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen well

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Mechanical & Technical Aptitude
- Previous forklift experience a plus, training will be provided
- Training or experience in computers and/or electronic repair
- Familiar with various operating systems (e.g. - Windows OS, OSX, Linux/Unix)
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Mechanical and electronics repair experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics, to assess and resolve equipment and system failures
