The Dish Washer/Busser/Barback is one of the most vital jobs there is in a commercial kitchen. Able to speak clearly and communicate with Kitchen Staff and Front of House Staff. The Dish Washer/Busser is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all flatware, pots, pans and other equipment and utensils, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, dining and restroom area.
Cleaning, trash, bathrooms and dishes a must!
Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and work as a team.
THIS POSITION IS FOR FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND EVENTS. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THESE DAYS!!! Additional shifts may be available.
