Responsibilities:
1. Reports to assigned work station prepared to assemble/package product as directed.
2. Maintains continuous operation during shift by assembling, inspecting and packaging product per customer specifications and Line Lead direction.
3. Resolves production problems by notifying appropriate personnel for assistance; notifying Line Lead to obtain additional resources; if necessary, discontinue manufacturing operations until the problem is resolved.
4. Reports food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
5. Maintains a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
6. Promotes teamwork and effective relations among all contacts by setting positive examples.
Requirements:
- Able to be on your feet for an extended period of time. Must have reliable transportation.
- Good hand/finger dexterity.
- Good team player.
- Able to follow directions, and willingness to take redirection.
- Dependable attendance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Training is available in English, Spanish and Somali.
