Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Secretary will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing support to the management team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to the management team and other staff members
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
