Responsibilities of LINE COOK:
- Prepare high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Maintaining the working order of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Engage in our "kitchen by committee" culture by providing input on processes and food quality improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a line cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work all aspects of a kitchen environment including cooking, prep, and cleaning.
- Must be willing to stage and will be paid for your time upon hire.
