Trident Manufacturing is looking for a strong Product Quality Control Technician to join the Quality team at our rapidly growing company. As a contract manufacturer of medical devices, we work with a wide range of customers from startups to large medical device OEMs with over $1B in sales to bring their product to the market. By combining our expertise in medical device manufacturing with our automotive heritage and mindset of continuous improvement, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers drive out cost and manufacturing risk prior to design freeze and position ourselves for success in routine production.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect and analyze product dimensions.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO13485 standards.
- Operate vision inspection systems to detect defects or irregularities in products.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Fabricate test samples or prototypes for quality testing purposes.
-Attend and managed Daily Material Review Board with Sr. Leadership of the company.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
- Experience with various measurment methonds is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Outstanding computer skills a plus
- Can do Attitude that likes to do things the right way.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
