Currently, Alliant Health Solutions, a "2023 Best Place to Work and Healthiest Employer", seeks a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator leads the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment and maintenance and has a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Salesforce platform. The administrator works closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including operational documentation, outreach and Alliant core program business processes. This role is part technical project coordination, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator executes on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
In this role, the ideal candidate will:

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment and administers all basic functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine or required tasks

Creates and generates reports, audits internal system and prepare for upgrades on a regular basis

Manages Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
-
Coordinates the evaluation, scope and completion of new Salesforce development requests.

Works with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

Ensure all Salesforce processes, changes, and updates are documented as part of the Program Management Office (PMO)
-
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

Operates effectively as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams

Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Education, experience and training required and preferred for the position are below:
Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
-
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

Advanced understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
-
Advanced training and understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Strong data management abilities
Preferred:
-
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
-
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
-
Experience with nonprofit processes
-
Previous hybrid or remote working experience
