Individuals eligible for this role must possess a Master’s degree in human services field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in the field of Executive Leadership. Eligible candidates must also be INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED AND CREDENTIALED in the State of NM with Medicaid. Credentialed with Presbyterian and Western Skye Medicaid through both MCO's Behavioral Health divisions is a plus and will ultimately be required. Must also possess Supervision Credentialing.

Essential Functions: : As a substance abuse counselor you will provide a support system in which clients will receive treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with a Multi- Disciplinary treatment approach to foster a client’s behavior modification techniques while providing evidence based treatment to address substance use and co-occurring mental health needs.

Position Duties:
1. Works in collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team to establish the leadership and core values of the organization. Provides the tone for the culture that establishes the reputation for Darrin's Place Behavioral Health.
2. Has a working relationship with the community to include external stakeholders and vendors to ensure the quality of relationships established between them and Darrin's Place Behavioral Health.
3. Gathers and analyzes data to establish goals and metrics for the quality and development of the organization.
4. Establishes the Strategic Plan of the Organization to keep a focus on providing quality services. Utilizes feedback from all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction through services, employment, and within the community.
5. Establishes the Organizations Risk Management Plan to ensure that Risk is acknowledged and key measures are taken to mitigate risk factors..
6. Collaborates to establish and implement policy and procedure on behalf of the Organization.
7. Provides Executive oversight and support to the organization to ensure quality review measures are put into place to remain in compliance with all regulatory and accreditation entities.
8. Provides leadership and oversight to the operations of the organization.
9. Complete all required trainings as required to meet program standards.
