Job Overview:
As a company we want to get rid of the toxic corporate culture where staff aren't communicating well, leadership doesn't care, and you feel trapped in your job.
You will be on shift with one other person with a maximum of 20 residents. It is very important that you get along well with the manager of the house and communicate well with your co-workers. As leadership we spent a lot of time getting a great manager, now we need team members to take care of the residents.
NO JOB HOPPERS - (SEVERAL JOBS BACK TO BACK WITH 3 MONTHS OR LESS TIME)
NO EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Responsibilities:
- This position you will be required to stay at the job from 11 am to 7 pm.
- Overall care level in the home is low (residents are able to walk and function mostly on their own)
- You will be working in a team environment.
- Communicate and problem solve issues with team members and manager.
- Supervise/assist with showers.
- Meal preparation for residents.
- General cleaning of the house.
- Ensure safety and health of residents.
Experience:
- No experience or if you have experience taking care of a loved one at home preferred.
We are looking for people who have a heart and have a lovingness towards the elderly. We want someone who is going to go above and beyond to take care residents because they see their own grandma or grandpa in our community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
