Payroll and HR Systems Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a Payroll and HR Systems Manager is responsible for processing payroll on a company-wide basis, for tracking payroll expenses by location and creating reports as needed for management teams to assist them in improving efficiency.
Payroll
Process bi-weekly US payroll entry in NetSuite Payroll system, meeting their deadlines.
Process bi-weekly United Kingdom payroll entry in PayEscape Payroll system, meeting their deadlines.
Coordinate with the North American Live Event Team to receive complete sales staff information for new hires and any changes to employees that would affect bi-weekly payroll.
Coordinate with United Kingdom Staff to receive complete staff information for new hires as well as tracking hours, calculating per diems, pension payments, national insurance, and PAYE tax.
Record US, UK and AUS payroll into accounting software.
Process 401(k) contributions and loans and enter it into accounting software.
Register for and track state payroll taxes as needed and respond to tax notices, liaising where necessary with payroll service for all 50 states.
Manage HealthEquity relationship and process withholdings.
Maintain accurate employee information in all databases.
Assist with the reconciliation of all payroll-related accounts in the accounting software
Provide reports as needed for senior management and outside auditors.
HR and Related Duties
Serve as the point person for all documents related to the onboarding process, ensuring that all new hires are recorded in the various systems.
Track 401(k) eligibility and inform employees of eligibility and process.
Enter health insurance invoices, tracking new hires, terminations, and Cobra.
Track and collect amounts receivable from employees for personal expenses.
Track and manage ACA Reporting for Health Benefits on a monthly basis.
Accounting Duties

Record US payrolls, 401(k) contributions and loan payments, health insurance bills and payments, transit bills, employee expense reports and any other payroll related items into the accounting software.

Record all foreign payrolls into accounting software, liaising with those local managers and payroll companies.

Monitor balance sheet accounts to ensure that payroll liability accounts are clearing.

Reconcile 401(k) accounts regularly to ensure compliance.

Calculate and enter year-end accruals for all US and foreign subsidiaries.

Reconcile year-end balances in the accounting system to the various payroll systems.

Serve as the point person for the payroll sections of the annual company, 401(k) and Worker's Comp audits.

Work with the company controller to ensure that all relevant items are recorded and reconciled to meet the monthly closing deadlines.

Calculate, record and process Quarterly Guardian mandated disability bill and Nevada MBT Tax
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR systems management.

Extensive knowledge of payroll and HR systems and best practices.

Multi-state and entity payroll management

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and payroll and HR systems.
