We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Customer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting existing and prospective customers to drive sales and expand market presence. You will represent our company’s products and services, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our growth goals. If you are passionate about sales and enjoy being on the move, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime only.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively visit existing and prospective customers to promote and sell our products and services, identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives by developing and executing strategic sales plans for your designated territory.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and acting as a trusted representative.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential customers and expanding the customer base.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying updated on new product developments and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, projecting customer needs over the phone
- Negotiation and de-escalation skills
