Leiffa Brands is looking for a Key Sales Account Manager to promote Leiffa Brand and Jetty Extract products to area dispensaries. This individual will be an expert in building strong cannabis product relationships throughout the community. This dynamic individual will represent the best of Leiffa Brands and Jetty Extracts.

The Role:
The Leiffa Sales Manager is responsible for supporting and growing high-volume Leiffa Brand dispensary partners. Maintaining a solid relationship with buyers, owners, and key account personnel while applying an analytical approach to account strategy. The Leiffa Sales role will open and maintain new doors by developing key strategies, optimize plans for sales opportunities and use data and fortitude to build and maintain business, advise accounts on anything new from Leiffa. This position will apply the following tactics: promotions, training, incentives, merchandising, sell-through, and support acceleration to a level where Field Marketing reps can continue the course.
The Sales Manager is responsible for representing Leiffa Brands and Jetty Extracts andachieving customer objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and targets by implementing strategies and tactics while managing customers in a manner that will achieve profitable, long-term growth while maintaining company values.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key account individuals.
● Solve, redirect and create strategies to resolve account issues.
● Develop a deep understanding of account KPI’s including- key staff proliferation,
store demographics, primary business drivers, etc.
● Analyze inventory, product needs and advise accounts and buyers on orders.
● Manage and evaluate profitability and optimize Jetty distribution and positioning in
each account.
● Communication on account progress and plans with broader Leiffa team members
including leadership, sales team, marketing and production.
● Work closely with field marketing to develop sell-through and marketing plans.
● Implement strategic planning to improve and develop client results.
● Negotiation on pricing with the client and establish a timeline of performance goals.
● Work with assigned team members, sales leadership to deliver quarterly revenue
goals and establish account continuity (work-withs, product training samples, etc.).
● Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
● Analyze weekly production reports, data, and industry trends to formulate a strategy
to grow new and existing business.
● Stay apprised of federal, state and local laws affecting the cannabis space within
account responsibility.
● Formulate your own market plan to become the number 1 recommended
Solventless brand in your territory through use of budtender incentives, staff
education, appropriate pricing and effective merchandising.
Preferred Skills:
● Strong sales and negotiation skills that demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
● Comprehensive understanding of cannabis to include terpenes, cannabinoids,
cultivation, basic production, and individual product and category knowledge and
overall service.
● Ability to adapt and assist a variety of customer personalities and varying character
types.
● Ability to create and sell plans, proposals and come up with innovative ideas and
solutions to hit your targets.
● Goal-oriented, focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or
supervision.
● Ability to participate in business meetings, make presentations, reciprocate to the
world on company initiatives.
● Create, coordinate, and attend on-site promotional functions at established
customer accounts (e.g., trade events, social gatherings, product launches, and
consumer demonstrations).
Basic Qualifications:
● Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.
● Current Colorado MED Badge.
● Bachelors Degree preferred or in an equivalent business-related field or
combination of education and/or experience.
● Ability to provide detailed tracking reports on-field performance against KPI's.
● 3+ years of consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sales experience within the
distribution, hospitality, or supplier atmosphere.
● A valid and/or current driver's license.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google G Suite.
● Maintain professionalism and exult Leiffa Brands and Jetty Extracts core values at all
times while performing all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.
Work Environment:
● This position will be expected to work from home, their car and area dispensaries.
● Use of their personal automobile is expected. Mileage reimbursement will be
provided.
● Ability to lift small to medium sized boxes up to 25lbs frequently.
● Will be required to bend, kneel and twist frequently.
● Most of the work will be inside office/retail environments. Some events may be outside.
