Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, restaurant management, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including inventory, ordering, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Oversee catering and banquet events
Skills:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
- Strong knowledge of food service operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial reports
- Experience in kitchen operations is a plus
