Assist with oversight and supervisory roles among the prevention team (i.e. team of Learning and Development Specialists, Violence Prevention Educators) and the RSVP student workers
Assist with the development and delivery of a comprehensive, multiculturally and trauma-informed curriculum on affirmative consent, healthy relationships, and violence prevention to students, faculty, and staff ensuring best practices
Provide/deliver interactive presentations on affirmative consent, healthy relationships and violence prevention to students, faculty, and staff
Assist in determining most effective violence prevention educational methods
Assist with scheduling mandatory educational sessions for 1st-3rd year undergraduate students throughout the academic year
Monitor, track, evaluate, and report on the compliance and offerings of the mandatory educational curriculum and delivery/educational method
Manage and strategize mandatory educational non-compliance rates, tracking and non-compliance communication efforts
Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures for the delivery/educational platform that is responsible for registration and attendance to mandatory educational sessions
Monitor and track the number and types of presentations given on a monthly basis
Compile accurate data and report program activities, goals, and needs (e.g., numbers of students, types of presentations and trainings, outcomes, etc.)
Conduct evaluations of trainings (e.g., pre/post- tests, participant satisfaction, periodic evaluations, etc.), and contribute to the analysis and interpretation of evaluation results
Coordinate outreach activities with various campus stakeholders and assign outreach requests amongst the prevention team
Participate in development and refinement of relevant curriculum program for violence prevention presentations
