Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using a forklift or other equipment
- Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each tow
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Physical ability to load and unload vehicles, which may involve heavy lifting
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to towing operations
