Position Summary:
Perform account management and development functions necessary to consistently grow revenue and profitability at their assigned prospects and customer accounts. Act as a liaison between the customer and internal support groups to provide professional and responsive service and solutions to our customers. This individual will develop and use knowledge and experience in value-based sales methodologies to meet company sales objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Develop a thorough knowledge base of Revcor Products technical capabilities and performance
· Establish an understanding of what resources go into creating a Revcor Product and supplying it to a customer with a basic knowledge of pricing.
· Create a strategic sales plan to ensure the achievement of revenue and gross profit objectives for their assigned accounts.
· Develop productive business relationships and establish an in-depth understanding of account history, scope of operations, and opportunities for growth.
· Work closely with customer commodity managers and engineers to identify and develop new opportunities using Revcor’s advanced products and service capabilities.
· Promote & sell productized solutions.
· Assure that customer requests for performance data, product selection, samples, quotations, and technical assistance are fulfilled. The ideal candidate will go through a substantial onboarding in airflow and fan laws, allowing them to function at the highest levels and act as a true airflow consultant to accounts and prospects within the assigned customer base.
· Utilize technical acumen to improve, enhance, or create solutions for customer applications.
· Negotiate and maintain pricing to ensure profitability. Develop an understanding of our pricing structure and the value-add we provide to each account.
· Develop and actively manage the sales pipeline of technically feasible, and commercially qualified Opportunities.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of Revcor’s broad product and service offering to provide expert recommendations that best align with customer needs.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities within CRM software.
· Provide customer deliverables such as quotations, performance curves, product samples, and drawings.
· Work collaboratively with various cross-functional departments to ensure the highest service levels to our customers.
· Support product management and marketing (market analysis, competitive intelligence, industry trends, etc.)

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
· Fundamental understanding of channel management
· Experience in technical sales or high technical aptitude is a must
· Advanced communication skills & the ability to maintain a positive disposition
· Strong interpersonal and time management skills
· Strong desire to learn, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced OEM environment
· Superior PC knowledge to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with ERP and CRM software is required
Travel required is 25%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
