Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Manager Supreme to join our online retail team. At our company, we take sales seriously, but we also know how to have fun. We're looking for a candidate who shares our passion for sales and can bring their unique personality to the team.
As a Sales Manager Supreme, you'll be the sales coach that gets our team to to achieve our goals. You'll be responsible for developing sales strategies, coaching employees, and analyzing data to drive revenue growth. If you have a black belt in sales management, can charm the pants off a cactus, and have an insatiable appetite for success, then we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate our team of sales professionals to exceed customer expectations and maximize sales
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer service
- Work with order management systems and customer management systems like Zendesk or Salesforce to optimize customer experience and streamline operations
- Coach and train employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, and process management to improve sales performance
- Come up with puns and jokes that will make everyone in the office laugh, while also delivering serious results in sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with sales software and tools, such as CRM systems and sales analytics platforms
- Experience managing sales teams in an online retail environment is a plus
- Ability to work with order management systems and customer management systems like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Experience coaching and training employees on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
- Strong understanding of process management and experience implementing process improvements
