As an Account Manager at Extreme Landscaping, you'll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. You'll work closely with our operations, sales, and project management teams to deliver outstanding results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and seek out potential new clients.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts to clients.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for client accounts, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality service.
- Provide cost estimates and manage client billing and invoicing processes.
Service Delivery:
- Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent them.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports to management on account performance and client satisfaction.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the operations, sales, and project management teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
