**Job Title:** Office Manager
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
**Duties:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Handle invoice processing and maintain accurate records.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain phone etiquette and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Utilize Zoho Books for financial transactions and record keeping.
- Lead and supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in invoice processing, training development, calendar management, phone etiquette, human resources, clerical duties, team management, and budgeting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
