Description:
Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Acknowledges and greets guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.

Reviews daily inventory of rooms, arrivals and departures.

Evaluates daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.

Cleaning of Resort homes including: dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen areas, lobby, and common areas.

Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.

Comply with all Resort safety guidelines.

Pick up ground litter around resort or whenever visible.
-
May perform other duties as requested by Supervisor/ Manager.

Arrive to work on time.

Solicit guest feedback to improve quality.

Wear proper footwear

Adhere to all safety procedures

Participate in daily line-up and regular training/departmental meetings

Arrive to work with a positive attitude.

Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Must have great attention to detail

Frequently be able to lift/ carry up to 15 lbs.

Occasionally required to lift/ carry up to 35 lbs.

Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop, bend, stand, or crouch repeatedly.

May be occasionally required to work outdoors.

Great customer service skills

Ability to effectively and efficiently work unsupervised

Bilingual preferred.

Must be able to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to read/recognize various tools and chemicals used throughout the cleaning process
