Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Place of Service: In Clinic
Work Hours: Afternoon, After School, Full Day, Monday-Friday
Job Summary: As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders in in-home and in-school settings. The primary responsibility is to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders in their homes or schools.
- Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Engage in activities designed to promote skill acquisition and independence in the client.
- Provide regular feedback to BCBAs on client progress and session outcomes.
- Participate in training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and maintain RBT credential.
- Work collaboratively with families and other team members to ensure consistent and effective therapy.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the client, which may include daytime, after-school hours, evenings, and weekends.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disorders preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or schools.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to BACB guidelines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to engage in physical activities with clients, including bending, lifting, and prolonged standing or sitting.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
