Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This is a fast paced & multi-tasking job. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
-Answer calls to schedule jobs for Plumbers and Sewer technicians
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule jobs and appointments
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
