Haven Haus Co, a brick and mortar and online home decor and gift store located in Midway with a warehouse in Heber City, Utah, is passionate about providing timeless beauty to your home, gatherings and celebrations.
We are looking for a team leader with previous ecommerce shipping experience who is looking for an opportunity to unleash their talent in Shopify e-commerce, shipping fulfillment, organization, inventory handling, problem solving and friendly customer service skills.
This job is somewhat flexible and part time with morning/early afternoon hours. The commitment is to work physically at our warehouse in Heber City.
Major Responsibilities:
The Haven Online Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and fulfillment of online orders for the company. This includes tasks such as:
- Ensure all online orders are processed accurately and on time, verify order information, pick, pack and ship all orders.
- Work with Inventory Supervisor to keep Shopify inventory up to date.
- Coordinate the transfer of goods with Inventory Supervisor and Midway Management.
- Train personnel.
- Hold employees accountable for performance and scheduled shift.
- Provide excellent customer service to online customers by creatively problem solving, answering questions, resolving customer issues, and providing feedback to management.
- Generate reports to track online orders, sales, and other data to assist management in making decisions about inventory levels, pricing, marketing and other important categories.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Skills: The Online Order Supervisor should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
- A working knowledge of Shopify is helpful.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to see effects of decision prior to implementing
- Able to prioritize work effectively while juggling multiple tasks
- Highly motivated to grow and learn
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, dealing with ambiguity
