Who Are You?
Title: Post Doc
The ideal Post Doc should be someone in the medical field and interested in Neuropsychology. The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with providers and patients and to garner clinical training/experience in neuropsychological testing and cognitive remediation under the close supervision/guidance of our providers.
Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be prepared to work with patients with PCS/TBI. Training will be provided, although some related experience is preferable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help administer and score batteries/tests during neuropsychological evaluation
- Administer computerized/manual cognitive remediation programs to patients
- Assist supervising psychologist/neuropsychologist during group behavior intervention sessions
- Transcribe computer assessment plans based on patients’ progress
- Transcribe and write-up functional assessments
- Transcribe neuropsychological reports, using data from psychological and neuropsychological tests and rating scales as directed by the providers
- Performs other related duties as required
Full-time position:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm/9am-5pm.
Offices are located in East Side Manhattan and Elmhurst Queens.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Education/Job Qualifications:
- Master's or Higher in Clinical Psychology or related field
- Two+ years of related experience in the field of public health or community program development is required
- Assessment experience is a plus

Salary Information:
The estimated base wage range for this position is $21 to $26 hourly at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. This role is non-exempt.
