Infosys is seeking a GIS L3 Support Lead role with experience in Esri Suite of products. In this role you will contribute in maintaining system health in multiple environments (Development, Test, Production) and administration (configuration, performance tuning, system maintenance).You are expected to coordinate with internal teams (offshore/nearshore) and drive technical discussions with business stakeholders. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Juno Beach, Florida or Houston, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position requires the resource to work from Juno Beach Office
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in ArcGIS Enterprise (Server, portal, datastore), ArcGIS Pro,, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Web App Builder / ArcGIS Web Experience Builder
- Experience in administration and maintenance of existing Esri ArcGIS Enterprise landscape, coordinate for patches, enhancements implementation and support activities as per project plan.
- Experience in incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Impact Analysis, troubleshooting of COTS product/custom apps issues and provide resolution as per SLAs.
Prefered Qualificaions
- Hands on experience of Oracle/PostgreSQL Packages / Procedures / functions,
- In-depth knowledge on configuring ArcGIS Enterprise core product and its extensions
- Experience in ArcGIS Field Maps, Survery123, ArcPy,Collaborate with engineers, geoscientists, data managers, and other software developers to define, build, and deliver solutions to challenging problems in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent spoken and written skills.
- Experience in supporting geostatistical analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools.
- Good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
