```Duties```
- Travelling to the patient's home and managing their care plan according to the physician's instructions
- Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests
- Educating the patient and/or caregiver on proper dosage, frequency, and side effects of the medication
- Evaluating the response to the medication and the effectiveness of the treatment
- Communicating with the patient's doctor for optimum outcome
- Creating a complete list of the patient's prescribed and over-the-counter medicines
- Reviewing the medication regimen and making adjustments as needed

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [location]
