SUMMARY: The scheduling center associate serves as the first point of contact between our patients and clinic with enthusiasm, friendliness and attention to detail. This team member provides excellent customer service while inspiring parent comfort and trust. We are child-focused with a heart and loyal dediction to doing what is best for the child . This person delivers a committed, compassionate, efficient experience to every caller and ensures that appointments are scheduled accurately following company protocol/procedure. This team member reports directly to the Lead or Administrator if the lead is unavailable.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
· Provide exemplary customer service for every call and personal interaction.
· Ensure precise scheduling of all patients using best outcome decision making.
· Work diligently to fill the schedule using all means available.
· Complete all required daily tasks thoroughly.
· Collect and accurately process patient/parent personal data and insurance information
· Fluent in Spanish is a plus
