Due to continued growth, we are looking to add to our in-house sales and marketing team with the addition of a Meta Ads Buyer.

Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager, the Meta Ads Specialist is responsible for Meta Advertisement campaign implementation and continued refinement to ensure minimum sales targets and ROAS objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with digital ads management, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
- Implement targeted ad campaigns, ad sets, and ad assets for use in paid social media campaigns.
- Conduct audience research for precise targeting.
- Create new and optimize existing audiences for precise targeting.
- Optimize campaigns utilizing A/B testing where appropriate.
- Manage allocated budget and resources efficiently.
- Stay up to date on social media advertising trends.
- Analyze performance and report on key metrics.
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range optimization opportunities to be addressed in campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user purchase experience of a customer lead generated from Meta.
Essential Qualifications And Skills:
- 7+ years of experience working in digital marketing.
- 5+ Years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently report and analyze key digital ad metrics.
- Proven ability to utilize and or produce digital media content for use in digital ads (both video and graphics).
- Proven track record of generating sales and meeting ROAS requirements.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
- Expert at meeting deadlines and utilization of time management skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to workflow progression and problem-solving, ability to multitask.
- Team Oriented – Must possess the skills required to work as an active team member, including but not limited to communicating with coworkers & assisting in other areas as needed.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and must have a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working in digital marketing (As part of the application please provide a link to your digital portfolio, showcasing prior ad campaigns and creative utilized)
- 7+ Year of Social Media Marketing Experience
- 5+ Years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Management.
