Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CANDIDATES and Mental Health Therapists to join our team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide counseling and therapy services to FIRST RESPONDERS and their family members.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote positive change and growth
- Provide crisis intervention services for individuals in immediate need of assistance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Conduct data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment outcomes
- Provide case management services to assist clients in accessing necessary resources
Experience:
- CANDIDATES or licensed mental health professionals
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or couples
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Strong crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prefer candidates with LADC background and experience
