General Description:
This mission critical position requires the individual to be relentless in the achievement of goals related to Customer Experience, Quality of Work, Timeliness and Cost-Effectiveness. The ARSM Service Manager is the employee that connects the customer with ARSM. The quality and accuracy in their respective work, adds significant value and is the driving enabler in the achievement of goals related to client conversion and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
Estimating and Sales
- Accurately estimate leads and develop proposals with photo reports
- Follow up with clients to secure sales
Scheduling
- Promptly book appointments and coordinate work orders
- Confirm dates with clients
Customer Communication
- Provide timely updates via phone, email, and Dash/EasyBuild
- Weekly liaison with clients, proactive response to all communication
Job Compliance Administrative Management
- Maintain organized documentation, manage purchase orders
- Review and approve all orders and estimates
- Track job costs, manage subcontractor invoices
Billing / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- Complete weekly invoicing, ensure timely completion
- Assist with accounts receivable, collections, and payable
- Compliance Deliverables
- Ensure timely completion and accurate entry of job milestones
Skills, Abilities, Experience:
- Proficiency in roofing estimation, takeoffs, and takeoff software (Bluebeam Revue)
- Proficiency in project scheduling (both CPM and short-interval) and scheduling software (MS Project)
- Proficiency in EOS
- Strong project management skills, including ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, cost and communication.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including writing and analyzing reports and giving presentations.
- Excellent time and task management
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills, including MS-Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Procore and accounting software.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the roofing industry to include sloped and flat roof applications.
- Experience in re-roofing of occupied properties preferred.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
