We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant for one of our client engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness for change initiatives.
- Analyze results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement activities, including presentations and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
- Develop communication materials to drive change adoption and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal change agents and advocates to drive OCM activities.
- Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Assist in conducting impact assessments to identify potential risks and impacts of change initiatives.
- Develop mitigation plans to address identified risks and ensure successful change adoption.
- Schedule and organize training sessions for employees to facilitate change adoption.
- Provide support and guidance to users to help them navigate through the changes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all change management activities.
- Prepare regular status reports on change management activities and progress.
- Monitor post-implementation activities to ensure changes are maintained and benefits are realized.
Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledgeable on change management frameworks, philosophy and processes
- 5-7 years of experience in organizational change management with IT and Digital Transformation initiatives
- Proficient in using change management tools and methodologies including Design Thinking and Human-Centered change principles
- Proven experience in conducting readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and developing communication materials for internal and external audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Experience in scheduling and organizing training sessions.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and present status reports and communications to varying audience levels.
